FAQs

 

Will there be a preview or in-person inspection?

Due to current COVID-19 concerns, we will not be hosting any in-person item inspections until further notice. Please refer to the pictures, measurements and item descriptions on the auction catalog.

 

How does payment work?

Only credit card payments is accepted. Online auction payments will be processed online after the conclusion of the auction. Immediately after the auction closes, the credit card you registered with will be charged for the price of your winning bids. You will then receive an invoice to your email.

 

How does pick up work?

Due to current COVID-19 concerns, we will be offering curbside item pickup at Livingstone Adventist Academy from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Auction items such as certificates can be mailed upon request.

 

Can I bid on items if I am not local to the auction location?

Yes! Please note though that we do not ship at this time. You must be able to pick up your items at Livingstone Adventist Academy (during designated pick up hours).
